通过分析某型号火箭弹在研制过程中出现的分离故障,对火工分离装置的结构进行了改进设计。研究设置了新型节流和泄压结构。验证试验结果表明,新型火工分离装置将点火压强峰值下降65%,并实现了点火压强峰值的精确控制,满足了分离速度和冲击过载的指标要求,并且型号应用成功。通过调节节流泄压参数,该改进设计可以满足不同火箭弹弹射分离要求。
Through the analysis of a type of rockets in the development process of the emergence of the separation fault, the structure of the fire separation device has been improved design. The study set a new type of throttle and pressure relief structure. The results of the verification test show that the new flame separation device reduces the ignition pressure peak by 65% and achieves the precise control of the ignition pressure peak, meeting the requirements of the separation speed and impact overload, and the model is successfully applied. By adjusting the throttling relief parameters, the improved design can meet the requirements of different rockets projectile ejection.
