目的细胞毒性试验研究氯化甲基汞和半胱氨酸-氯化甲基汞混合物对K562和C6细胞存活率的影响。方法体外培养K562和C6细胞24h,在加入不同剂量氯化甲基汞及氯化甲基汞-半胱氨酸(2.5、5.0、10.0μm/L)12h、24h后,以MTT法检测两种细胞存活率的变化情况。结果在两种细胞分别加入氯化甲基汞和氯化甲基汞-半胱氨酸后,细胞存活率明显下降。结论氯化甲基汞对K562和C6细胞的存活率有显著影响,半胱氨酸对氯化甲基汞导致的两种细胞存活率下降趋势无显著影响。
Objective Cytotoxicity test was performed to investigate the effects of methylmercury chloride and cysteine-methylmercury chloride mixtures on the viability of K562 and C6 cells. Methods K562 and C6 cells were cultured in vitro for 24 h. After adding methylmercury chloride and methylmercuric chloride (2.5, 5.0 and 10.0 μmol / L) for 12 h and 24 h respectively, MTT assay Cell survival rate changes. Results After two kinds of cells were added methylmercuric chloride and methylmercuric chloride - cysteine, cell survival rate decreased significantly. Conclusion Methylmercury chloride has a significant effect on the survival rate of K562 and C6 cells, and cysteine has no significant effect on the decline of the survival rate of the two cell lines induced by methylmercury chloride.
