为了解苯对心血管系统功能的影响,我们按照职业性苯中毒哨点监测方案,对发制品企业接触苯作业工人进行了心电图检查和血压测量,现将结果报告如下。1对象与方法1.1对象选择我市发制品企业三联机工序接触苯作业工人425名为接触组,其中女性321人,男性104人,年龄18~48岁,平均31岁;工龄1~15年,平均5年;吸烟指数(每日吸烟支数×吸烟年数)为1.10。选择性别、年龄、工龄相近不接触苯及其他职业有害因素的一线工人350名为对照组,年龄19~55岁,平均34岁;工龄3~30年,平均11年;吸烟指数为1.12。接触组和对照组年龄、性别、吸烟指数的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
