为了解不同来源的副溶血弧菌携带毒力基因的情况,对杭州地区临床和海产品中分离到的174株副溶血弧菌采用chelex100法提取基因组DNA,并进行溶血素基因tdh和trh的PCR检测。结果显示,Chelex100法能够简单、快速地提取副溶血弧菌基因组DNA,以满足PCR检测条件的需要。在杭州地区副溶血弧菌感染的病例中,tdh阳性和trh阴性菌占主导地位,其中84株临床分离株中携带tdh基因的比例为92.86%,携带trh基因的比例为2.38%;90株海产品中仅检测出1株tdh阳性菌和2株trh阳性菌,分别占1.11%和2.22%,96.67%海产品中未检测出tdh和trh基因;海产品中携带tdh或trh的副溶血弧菌有增长的趋势,是潜在的危险病源。
In order to understand the virulence genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from different origins, genomic DNA was extracted from 174 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from clinical and marine products in Hangzhou using the chelex100 method, and PCRs of hemolysin genes tdh and trh Detection.
