企业的发展离不开人才的支持,但是近年来人才跳槽的现象屡见不鲜,在很大程度上制约着企业的发展。因此如何留住优秀人才是企业重视的问题,激励理论在企业管理中发挥了重要作用,通过激励理论在企业管理中的运用能很好的改善这一现状。基于此本文分析了激励理论在企业管理中的现状,并有针对性的提出了改善措施,旨在为以后的企业管理作出书面参考。
The development of enterprises can not be separated from the support of qualified personnel. However, the phenomenon of talent turnover in recent years is not uncommon and restricts the development of enterprises to a large extent. Therefore, how to retain the best people is a problem which the enterprise pays attention to. Incentive Theory plays an important role in the management of the enterprise. The application of the incentive theory in the management of the enterprise can well improve the status quo. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of incentive theory in business management, and puts forward some improvement measures aimed at making written reference for future business management.
