运用铸造烧结技术 ,在铸铁件表面合成了厚度为 3~ 4mm的 Fe- Ti C表面复合材料。该表面复合材料中同时含有铬的碳化物和大量的 Ti C颗粒 ,表面复合材料的硬度由表及里逐步降低。在重载干滑动磨损条件下 ,表面复合材料显示了良好的耐磨性
Using casting and sintering technology, a Fe-Ti C surface composite with thickness of 3 ~ 4mm was synthesized on the surface of cast iron. The surface composites also contain chromium carbide and a large number of Ti C particles, the hardness of the surface composites decreased gradually from the table and. Under heavy dry sliding wear conditions, the surface composites showed good wear resistance
