目的对院前急救病例进行分析,进一步提高对院前急救危重病症的认识与应急处理能力。方法分析2006年1月～2008年8月院前出车急救6074例,根据院前急救存在的问题,探讨院前急救最佳策略。结果除84例到达现场已死亡未能抢救外,余均进行了积极的院前急救。院前急救成功率达95.46%、猝死抢救成功率为2%,院前急诊病死率为2.86%。结论院前急救病情复杂紧急、发展快、伤病种类多,必须技术过硬,熟悉各种常见急症,才能提高救治成功率。
Objective To analyze the pre-hospital emergency cases and further improve the knowledge and emergency treatment ability of pre-hospital emergency critical illness. Methods From January 2006 to August 2008, 6074 first-aid vehicles in front of the hospital were analyzed. According to the existing problems of pre-hospital emergency, the best strategies of pre-hospital emergency were explored.
