目的:优选维吾尔药刺山柑果总酚酸的提取工艺。方法:采用乙醇回流提取法,通过单因素试验确定提取次数,以乙醇体积分数、溶剂用量、提取时间为自变量,总酚酸提取量为因变量,通过对自变量各水平的多元线性回归及二项式拟合,利用响应面法优选刺山柑果总酚酸的提取工艺并进行预测分析。结果:最佳提取工艺为加15倍量70%乙醇提取2次,每次1 h;总酚酸提取量7.29 mg·g-1,与模型预测值(7.34 mg·g-1)的相对标准偏差0.68%。结论:星点设计-响应面法优选的刺山柑果总酚酸提取工艺简单、精密度高、可预测性好。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total phenolic acids from Uygur medicine. Methods: By ethanol reflux extraction method, the number of extraction was determined by single factor test. The volume fraction of ethanol, the amount of solvent and the extraction time were used as independent variables. The total phenolic acids extraction was taken as the dependent variable. Binomial fitting, the use of response surface methodology to optimize the cassava fruit phenolic acid extraction process and predict the analysis. Results: The optimum extraction process was extraction twice with 15 times the amount of 70% ethanol for 1 h each time. The relative standard of total phenolic acids extraction amount 7.29 mg · g-1 and model predictive value (7.34 mg · g -1) Deviation 0.68%. Conclusion: The method of star design - response surface optimization of cassia fruit total phenolic acid extraction process is simple, high precision, good predictability.
