利用德国 schenck疲劳试验机对快速凝固Al-Li合金进行了低循环疲劳试验研究。得到了 σ-N循环硬化/软化曲线。并对低循环疲劳断口形貌进行了分析,确定了其裂纹源形成的主要原因。为该合金的进一步完善指明了方向。
The low cycle fatigue test of rapidly solidified Al-Li alloy was carried out by Germany schenck fatigue tester. A σ-N cycle hardening / softening curve was obtained. The fracture appearance of low cycle fatigue was analyzed, and the main reason for the formation of crack source was determined. For the further improvement of the alloy pointed out the direction.
