利用盲孔法,研究了退火热处理和超声冲击对Q690焊接接头残余应力及性能的影响。结果显示,经退火热处理后,接头的纵向和横向残余应力最大消除率分别为89%和80%,拉伸性能未发生明显变化,焊缝和热影响区的冲击功分别下降9和22 J;经超声冲击处理后,冲击区呈现压应力,接头的纵向和横向残余应力最大消除率可达150%和153%,接头的抗拉强度提高了74 MPa,焊缝和热影响区的冲击功也分别提高了8和13 J。可见,在消除焊接残余应力方面,超声冲击更加具有优势。
The influence of annealing heat treatment and ultrasonic impact on the residual stress and properties of Q690 welded joint was studied by blind hole method. The results show that the maximum vertical and horizontal residual stresses of the joints are 89% and 80% respectively after annealing, the tensile properties are not changed obviously, and the impact energies of the weld and the HAZ decrease by 9 and 22 J, respectively. After ultrasonic impact treatment, the impact zone presents compressive stress, the maximum and vertical residual stress of the joint can reach 150% and 153% respectively, and the joint tensile strength increases by 74 MPa. The impact energy of the weld and heat affected zone Increased by 8 and 13 respectively. Can be seen in the elimination of welding residual stress, ultrasonic impact more advantage.
