目的观察强化疼痛护理对宫颈癌患者围术期睡眠质量的影响。方法将30例宫颈癌患者按入院日期单双号分观察组和对照组各15例,对照组实施常规护理及三阶梯止痛方案,观察组在对照组基础上实施强化疼痛护理,比较干预前及干预1周后两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分情况。结果干预1周后观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能及主观睡眠质量评分较入组时降低,也低于对照组同期,比较差异均有统计学意义。结论强化疼痛护理可有效改善宫颈癌患者睡眠质量。
Objective To observe the effect of intensive pain care on the quality of perioperative sleep in patients with cervical cancer. Methods Thirty patients with cervical cancer were divided into observation group (15 cases) and control group (15 cases). The control group received routine nursing and three-step analgesic scheme. The observation group received intensive pain care based on the control group. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale score was compared between the two groups after one week intervention. Results One week after the intervention, the fall-out time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, hypnotic drugs, daytime function and subjective sleep quality of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Intensive pain care can effectively improve the quality of sleep in patients with cervical cancer.
