目的探讨围术期护理在腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠患者中的应用效果。方法选取2011年3月—2014年2月于上饶市万年县中医院行腹腔镜手术的异位妊娠患者118例,随机分为干预组与对照组,各59例。对照组患者予以常规护理,干预组患者在对照组基础上予以优质护理干预。观察两组患者护理满意度、手术时间、胃肠道恢复时间、住院时间。结果干预组患者护理满意度高于对照组,手术时间、胃肠道恢复时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理在腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者护理满意度,缩短手术及住院时间,促进患者康复。 Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing in laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods From March 2011 to February 2014, 118 cases of ectopic pregnancy undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Wannian County Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shangrao City were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 59 cases each. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. Patients in the intervention group were given quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The satisfaction degree, operation time, gastrointestinal tract recovery time and hospital stay in two groups were observed. Results The nursing satisfaction of intervention group was higher than that of control group. The operation time, gastrointestinal recovery time and hospital stay were shorter than those of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients with laparoscopic effect is significant, can improve patient satisfaction with nursing, surgery and hospitalization to shorten the time and promote patient rehabilitation.
