产生金属烟热的临床症状,主要是由于吸入颗粒极为细微的氧化锌烟尘所致(Arch Int Health 1957;16:42)。为证实引起金属烟热与产生环境中氯化锌烟尘浓度和分散度的关系,我们在对金属烟热进行临床观察的同时,对生产环境进行了氧化锌烟尘浓度的测定,以分析氧化锌烟浓度、分散度与金属烟热发病的关系。现将结果报告于下。
