目的 :探讨糖尿病性阴茎勃起功能障碍动物模型的建立方法。方法 :应用雄性SD大鼠腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)制造糖尿病动物模型 ,饲养 8周、16周 ,再通过观察各组大鼠注射阿朴吗啡 (APO)后的阴茎勃起情况来评价其勃起功能。结果 :与C组 (对照组 )相比 ,D组 (糖尿病组 )阴茎勃起次数明显降低。C组与STZ组 (注射STZ后不成模组 )各病程大鼠的阴茎勃起率为 10 0 % ,且两组的阴茎勃起次数无显著性差异。结论 :阿朴吗啡诱发大鼠阴茎勃起实验可用于评价糖尿病大鼠的勃起功能
Objective: To investigate the establishment of animal models of diabetic penile erectile dysfunction. Methods: Animal model of diabetic rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) in male Sprague-Dawley rats. The diabetic rats were reared for 8 weeks and 16 weeks. The penile erection induced by apomorphine (APO) Evaluation of its erectile function. Results: Compared with group C (control group), the number of penile erections in group D (diabetic group) decreased significantly. The penile erection rate was 10% in groups C and STZ (with no mold after STZ injection), and there was no significant difference in penile erection frequency between the two groups. Conclusion: Apomorphine-induced penile erection test can be used to evaluate the erectile function of diabetic rats
