目的:研究皂角提取物对心肌缺血犬血流动力学的影响。方法:结扎犬左冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血及梗死,十二指肠给药,测定犬血流动力学参数及心肌耗氧量。结果:皂角提取物对冠脉结扎所致心肌缺血犬有降低动脉血压(DBP、MAP)、左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)、总外周阻力(TPR)和心肌耗氧量(VO2)及升高左室内压(LVSP)、左室等容期压力最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax)、冠脉流量(CBF)、心输出量(AF)和心脏做功(MW)的作用。结论:皂角提取物对心肌缺血犬血流动力学有改善作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of saponin extract on hemodynamics in myocardial ischemic dogs. METHODS: Ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery in dogs caused acute myocardial ischemia and infarction, duodenal administration, determination of dog hemodynamic parameters and myocardial oxygen consumption. RESULTS: The saponin extract had the effects of reducing arterial blood pressure (DBP, MAP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), total peripheral resistance (TPR) and myocardial oxygen consumption (VO2) in patients with myocardial ischemia induced by coronary artery ligation. Increase the left ventricular pressure (LVSP), the maximum rate of change of left ventricular isovolumic pressure (±dp/dtmax), coronary flow (CBF), cardiac output (AF) and cardiac work (MW) role. Conclusion: The extract of Sophora japonica can improve the hemodynamics of myocardial ischemic dogs.
