从环境岩土工程的角度,引入环境和生态保护观念,针对高速公路建设,尤其是山区高速公路建设中所遇到的边坡开挖问题,提出了“优先作隧;次在支护;开挖为下”的观点。在工程费用或施工条件不允许进行隧道建设的情况下,进行人工边坡开挖已成为无法避免的选择时,笔者对如何通过改变传统的施工理念来尽量减少开挖进行了探讨,并引入了环境生态成本的概念,以此对现有的边坡设计模型进行了优化,建立了新的人工边坡优化设计模型。
