目的:探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)的变化及其临床意义。方法:对72例CHF患者行SSR检测,并与30例对照组比较。结果:与对照组比较,CHF患者SSR检测起始潜伏期(Lat)延长和峰-峰波幅值(Amp)降低,随着心功能损害程度的加重出现Lat逐渐延长、Amp逐渐降低,甚至SSR波形消失(P<0.05)。结论:SSR的异常反映了CHF患者常合并交感神经损害,SSR检测可作为评价CHF患者交感神经损害敏感的客观指标。
Objective: To investigate the changes of sympathetic skin reaction (SSR) in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and its clinical significance. Methods: SSR was performed in 72 CHF patients and compared with 30 control subjects. Results: Compared with the control group, the onset latency (Lat) and peak-to-peak amplitude (Amp) of SSR decreased in patients with CHF. Lat gradually increased with the severity of cardiac dysfunction, and Amp gradually decreased. Disappeared (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The abnormality of SSR reflects the common symptoms of sympathetic nerve damage in patients with CHF. The SSR test may be used as an objective index to evaluate the sensitivity of sympathetic nerve damage in patients with CHF.
