绣球菌[Sparassis crispa(Wulf.)Fries]又名绣球蘑、绣球蕈、花椰菜菌、地花蘑、白地花、白绣球花,是一种珍贵的食用菌。肉质细嫩,滋味鲜美。关于绣球菌的研究,国内外除对其形态分类记述较多,对食性、生态、生物学特性作过一些简单的论述外,尚未见到系统深入的报道。1956～86年间,笔者曾间断地在我国东北、西北、西南和华北部 Hydrangea [Sparassis crispa (Wulf.)
