铝和铝盐有着广泛的应用。大量的实验表明,除了在污柒严重的情况外,一般不构成致突变、致癌变和致畸变的危害。铝和铝盐对植物有致突变作用;对多数动物的毒性及摄入的途径有关;对某些微生物也有致突变作用。通过动植物毒性研究表明,铝和铝盐影响体内钙磷的代谢,干扰骨架蛋白的聚合作用,抑制微管、微丝等骨架蛋白基因的复制,转录和表达。
Aluminum and aluminum salts have a wide range of applications. A large number of experiments show that, except in the case of serious pollution, generally does not constitute a mutagenic, carcinogenic and teratogenic hazards. Aluminum and aluminum salts cause mutagenic effects on plants; toxicity to most animals and pathways of ingestion; and mutagenic effects on certain microorganisms. Animal and plant toxicity studies have shown that aluminum and aluminum salts affect the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in vivo, interfere with the polymerization of scaffold proteins and inhibit the replication, transcription and expression of skeletal protein genes such as microtubules and microfilaments.
