在人工培养基上提取分离球孢白僵菌结晶体，用傅里叶红外光谱仪定性分析确定为草酸钙结晶体。研究结果还表明：球孢白僵菌草酸钙结晶体的产量与该菌对马尾松毛虫的毒力具一定的相关性。
Beauveria bassiana crystals were isolated from artificial medium and qualitatively identified as calcium oxalate crystals by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results also showed that the yield of Beauveria bassiana calcium oxalate crystals was related to the virulence of the strain to Dendrolimus punctatus.
