花生接种根瘤菌是一项简便易行、经济实惠的增产措施,在亩产150公斤左右的生产水平下,一般能净增荚果15~20公斤,增产10%左右。70年代,徐州地区曾推广应用4~5万亩,起了一定的增产作用。随着生产条件的不断改善与土壤肥力的不断提高,花生产量成倍增长,继续使用花生根瘤菌是否仍然有效?为此,我们在高肥水平下,对几种不同根瘤菌剂的增产效果进行了试验。 材料与方法 1.试验菌剂:97-1,江苏徐州地区淮阴农科所生产;C_1、C_4,广东省农科院经作所生产;均为琼脂瓶装菌剂。
