分析了活性粉末混凝土RPC(Reactive Powder Concrete)材料的特性和普通混凝土轨道板的缺陷,在此基础上提出了将RPC这种超高性能的材料应用于轨道板的思想.根据设计荷载作用下轨道板的受力特点,建议采用格构型RPC轨道板,并给出了其设计图.利用有限元软件建立了不同类型板式轨道的三维空间模型,对其力学性能进行了研究,通过对不同类型轨道板应力位移的比较分析,证明了采用RPC格构型轨道板是合理和安全的,为我国高速铁路和客运专线板式轨道的设计提供参考,同时也为RPC材料在工程结构中的应用开辟了新的研究空间.
The characteristics of Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) and the defects of ordinary concrete track slab are analyzed. Based on this, the idea of applying RPC with super high performance to track slab is put forward. According to the design of track, The mechanical characteristics of the slab are discussed in detail. The grid-type RPC track slab is suggested and the design drawings are given. The three-dimensional space model of slab track with different types is established by finite element software, and its mechanical properties are studied. The comparative analysis of the stress and displacement of the track slab shows that it is reasonable and safe to use the RPC lattice slab track to provide a reference for the design of the slab track for the high-speed railway and passenger dedicated railway in our country and also opens up the application of RPC material in the engineering structure New research space.
