目的准确测定西安回、汉族居民健康牙釉质中微量元素含量。方法将回、汉族人健康齿标本分为两组,采用HNO3-H2O2微波消解做样品前处理,Agilent 7700X型电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对消解溶液中微量元素Mg、Al、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Ni、Sr、Cd和Pb含量进行精确测定,应用统计软件分析对照。结果回、汉族人牙釉质中微量元素Fe含量有显著性差异(P<0.05),Al、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ni、Sr、Cd和Pb等元素显著性差异更为突出(P<0.01)。其中可能促进或加速龋病发生和发展的Cd、Ni、Mn和Pb等元素,在汉族健康人牙釉质中含量高于回族;而具有一定防龋作用的Cu、Fe、Zn和Sr等元素,则低于回族。结论回、汉族人牙齿微量元素含量的显著差异可能是二者患龋率差别的原因之一,而推测该差异的产生可能与两个民族的遗传及不同生活方式等因素相关。更确切的结论还需通过进一步实验研究得出。
Objective To accurately measure the trace elements in healthy enamel of Hui and Han inhabitants in Xi’an. METHODS: The healthy and healthy Han and Han Chinese tooth samples were divided into two groups. Microwave digestion with HNO3-H2O2 was used to sample pretreatment. The Agilent 7700X inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) was used to determine the trace elements Mg, Al, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Ni, Sr, Cd and Pb were measured accurately, and statistical software was used to analyze the control. Results The Fe content of trace elements in enamel of Han people was significantly different (P <0.05). The significant difference of elements such as Al, Mn, Cu, Zn, Ni, Sr, Cd and Pb was more prominent (P <0.01) . Among them, Cd, Ni, Mn and Pb, which may promote or accelerate the occurrence and development of dental caries, are higher in enamel of Han healthy people than in Hui nationality. Cu, Fe, Zn and Sr, Then lower than the Hui. Conclusions The significant differences of trace elements in the teeth of Han nationality may be one of the reasons for the difference between dental caries prevalence and dental caries prevalence in the Han nationality. It is speculated that this difference may be related to the genetic and lifestyle factors of two ethnic groups. More precise conclusions need to be drawn from further experimental studies.
