给出了LAMOST(大天区多目标光纤光谱天文望远镜)光纤定位子系统的测量装置。它由一块面阵CCD,一个图像采集卡和一个光学镜头组成。光纤位于子系统焦面,由面阵CCD拍摄下来通过图像采集卡传送至主机。利用光重心法就可以得到光纤的位置。着重介绍了测量装置的标定方法。测量装置的系统误差可以通过标定过程得到,而且像场畸变可以通过四次曲面拟和来进行修正。本测量装置可以精确地测量子系统中的光纤位置,测量精度为10μm。
The measuring device of LAMOST (Large Sky Region Multi-target Optical Fiber Spectral Telescope) fiber positioning subsystem is given. It consists of an area array CCD, an image acquisition card and an optical lens. The optical fiber is located in the focal plane of the subsystem and is captured by an area array CCD and transmitted to the host computer via an image acquisition card. The use of optical center of gravity method can get the location of optical fiber. The calibration method of measuring device is introduced emphatically. The systematic error of the measuring device can be obtained through the calibration process, and the distortion of the image field can be corrected by quadruple surface fitting. The measuring device can accurately measure the position of the optical fiber in the subsystem, the measuring accuracy is 10μm.
