目的 观察电针结合磁刺激对急性脑缺血大鼠脑组织含水量和细胞外钙离子含量的影响。方法 将 30只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成 5组 :正常组、模型组、电针组、磁刺激组和电针加磁刺激组 ,每组 6只。制作急性大脑中动脉缺血模型 ,分别施以电针、磁刺激和电针加磁刺激 ,检测脑组织含水量和局部细胞外钙离子浓度。结果 单纯电针或磁刺激均能降低脑组织含水量和遏止细胞外钙离子浓度降低 ,而 2者合用效果更优。结论 电针结合磁刺激能较好地改善急性脑缺血大鼠脑组织水肿和良性调节细胞外钙离子浓度
Objective To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture combined with magnetic stimulation on water content and extracellular calcium in brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral ischemia. Methods Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, model group, electroacupuncture group, magnetic stimulation group and electroacupuncture plus magnetic stimulation group, 6 rats in each group. The model of acute middle cerebral artery occlusion was made. Electroacupuncture, magnetic stimulation and electroacupuncture plus magnetic stimulation were applied to detect the brain water content and the local extracellular calcium concentration. Results Electro-acupuncture alone or magnetic stimulation could reduce the water content of brain tissue and prevent the decrease of extracellular calcium concentration, while the combination of the two was better. Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with magnetic stimulation can effectively improve the brain edema and the extracellular calcium concentration in acute cerebral ischemia rats
