一般机械手册上没有介绍铜套内径缩量的计算方法,而将铜套镶入孔座又是装修工作中经常遇到的事,由于铜套与孔座一般采用过盈配合,铜套压入孔座后,其内孔就要收缩。为使装配后铜套与轴仍为间隙配合,通常采用铜套内孔预留出加工余量,待镶入孔座后再镗削或刮研铜套内孔的方法来满足使用要求。这样加工费时费力,需要改进。我们经过较长时间的探索,找到了一种计算铜套内径缩量的方法。

This processing time and effort, need to be improved. After a long period of exploration, we found a way to calculate the shrinkage of copper sleeve inner diameter.
