膜过滤系统是利用膜过滤工艺去除废水中的污染物,从而提高膜过滤对污染物的去除,可以利用各种单一或连续变形的膜处理工艺,将膜设置在过滤槽中,膜孔吸水进行处理污水操作。在膜的整个过滤系统设计中,常见的缺点就是膜污染。当可溶性和颗粒物质沉积在膜表面时,通过膜的可渗透液体可以显著降低或增加跨膜压差,两者都会导致系统性能急剧下降。因此,本研究拟设计一种能使膜上下移动的装置,使膜能达到一定的上下往复运动频率和振幅,利用惯性力减少对淹没膜的污染。这样的设计可以在运动中缓解相互的冲击力,保护螺栓安全受载,同时也减小震动保护了螺丝的疲劳断裂,增加了装置的使用年限。这样的设计还可以使水流更具有冲击性,使污渍可以更好的从膜上去除。本设计中运用大型不锈钢水箱为承载,其中建设钢架结构支撑与搭建,上方滑道与钢架焊接,制作平台使其下方悬挂膜组,边侧绑定滑轮组包含四个滚轮,使平台可以在滑道上运动,中央双输出轴电机带动连杆,使用曲柄滑块机构实现平台在滑道的往复运动,以达到震动除污的效果。“,”The membrane filtration system uses the membrane filtration process to remove the pollutants in the waste water, so as to improve the removal of pollutants by the membrane filtration, the membrane hole imbibes water for sewage treatment operation.
