研究了铁料中-0.025 mm粒级含量对生球质量与成品球抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着-0.025 mm粒级含量增加,生球落下强度、抗压强度和爆裂温度以及成品球抗压强度都呈升高趋势。从造球性能以及生球、成品球质量指标来看,适合造球的铁精矿,其-0.025 mm粒级含量至少应大于40%,较合适的含量为50%~60%。此时,生球落下强度和抗压强度分别可达4.6次/0.5 m和13.2 N/个以上,爆裂温度为570℃,成品球抗压强度可达到2 300 N/个,满足球团生产要求。
The effect of particle size of -0.025 mm on the mass of green ball and the compressive strength of finished ball was investigated. The results show that with the increase of particle size of -0.025 mm, the dropping strength, compressive strength and burst temperature of green pellets and the compressive strength of finished ball all show an increasing trend.
