目的进一步准确认识胼胝体发育不全的影象表现。方法收集本院12例胼胝体发育不全病例做CT和MRI检查。结果12例胼胝体发育不全合并颅脑畸形5例。结论CT和MRI检查都可以显示胼胝体发育不全的部位及程度,有助于临床治疗方案的选择、疗效的判定。由于MRI具有比CT更高的诊断价值,故MRI检查对病变的显示更优越于CT检查。
Objective To further understand the image manifestation of corpus callosum hypoplasia. Methods 12 cases of corpus callosum hypoplasia in our hospital were examined by CT and MRI. Results 12 cases of corpus callosum hypoplasia combined with craniocerebral malformation in 5 cases. Conclusion Both CT and MRI can reveal the location and extent of corpus callosum hypoplasia, which is helpful for the choice of clinical treatment and the determination of curative effect. Because MRI has a higher diagnostic value than CT, so the MRI examination of lesions showed superior to CT examination.
