采用传统的单侧支模工艺施工,高基础底板高落差处砼的外观容易出现质量缺陷,甚至出现模板坍塌的现象。该文以X工程项目为例,设计高基础底板高落差处砼的施工方案。该工程的地下水位高,为确保结构自防水质量,必须一次性完成砼浇筑,导致单侧模板承受的侧压力大、支模条件差。通过分析影响X工程项目的基础底板高落差处砼外观质量因素的保障状况,提出改进侧向支撑固定方式、合理设置模板底部锚固点、编制砼专项施工方案等措施,使基础高落差处砼外观达到预期的质量目标。
