鲁迅作为国民性批判的开创者,他对国民劣根性的挖掘以及对现代国民性建构的探索为当代作家留下了丰厚的文学遗产。《狼图腾》就是沿袭鲁迅改造国民性的道路,以“立人”为目标,试图将代表游牧文明的狼性品格输入农耕民族的性格中,以走现代文明狼的道路来实现民族与国家的自强。而以鲁迅的国民性批判为镜,《狼图腾》在文化价值取舍上的偏至亦能得到清晰的呈现。
As a pioneer of criticism of national character, Lu Xun’s excavation of the bad character of the nation and the exploration of the modern national character construction have left a great literary legacy for contemporary writers. “Wolf Totem” is to follow the path of Lu Xun’s transformation of national character and to “establish one” as the goal. Trying to input the wolf character representing nomadic civilization into the character of farming people and take the path of modern civilization and wolf to realize nationality and National self-improvement. However, with Lu Xun’s critique of national character as the mirror, “Wolf Totem” can be clearly displayed on the choice of cultural values.
