上海市进入老年型城市的行列已12年,“老有所医”问题日趋突出。1986年底上海已有139万离退休人员,预计2020年时将增至350万,约占当时在职职工人数的80%。分析他们的医疗服务需求量及其影响因素,对各级政府及有关部门制定医疗卫生发展策略、合理组织医疗保健服务具有参考价值。材料与方法
Shanghai has entered the ranks of elderly cities for 12 years, and the problem of “having an old doctor” has become increasingly prominent. At the end of 1986, there were 1.39 million retirees in Shanghai and it is expected to increase to 3.5 million by 2020, accounting for about 80% of the number of employees at that time. Analysing their demand for medical services and their influencing factors has a reference value for governments at all levels and relevant departments to formulate medical and health development strategies and reasonably organize medical and health care services.
