洪水泛滥、积水内涝对城市发展的影响愈发严重。通过建立城市雨水管理模型开展洪水风险分析。基于SWMM模型,模拟北京南旱河流域洪水过程,并采用多种方法验证模型的适用性。在不同降雨重现期情景分析的基础上,基于出口闸控泄情况组合不同模拟工况,分别模拟分析南旱河流域洪水过程和淹没范围。在洪水风险分析基础上给出了流域防洪减灾工程措施和非工程措施建议。
Flood flooding, waterlogging waterlogging on the impact of urban development has become increasingly serious. Flood Risk Analysis by Establishing Urban Rainwater Management Model. Based on the analysis of flood risk, the engineering measures and non-engineering measures of flood control and disaster reduction are given.
