建立了微生物混合转化井冈霉素制备井冈霉烯胺的方法。研究了SIPI-VA18和SIPI-V08单菌转化及两菌混合转化的特点,考察了接种量、两菌混合比例和转化温度的影响。底物井冈霉素浓度5%,菌体浓度70mg/ml,SIPI-VA18和SIPI-V08的浓度比60:10,30℃转化72h,底物降解率为100%,转化液中的井冈霉烯胺浓度为6.07 mg/ml,摩尔转化率为53%。
A method for the preparation of Jinggangmycin amines by the mixed transformation of validamycin was established. The characteristics of single strain transformation and mixed transformation of SIPI-VA18 and SIPI-V08 were studied. The effects of inoculum size, mixing ratio of two strains and transformation temperature were investigated. Substrate Jinggangmycin concentration of 5%, cell concentration of 70mg / ml, SIPI-VA18 and SIPI-V08 concentration ratio of 60:10, 30 ℃ conversion 72h, the substrate degradation rate was 100%, the conversion of Jinggangmycin The amine concentration was 6.07 mg / ml and the molar conversion was 53%.
