当前大力发展全混合电动汽车/电动汽车((H)EV)的原因有许多,其中多数原因都直接或间接涉及环境问题。此类汽车意味着将采用全新的电力电子系统架构。高压电池的问世,将允许以更高电压驱动电流应用,以便降低成本,提高效能。在图中所示标准全混合电动汽车/电动汽车架构中,电力电子系统将发挥举足轻重的作用,其中,功率模块的作用尤为突出。
There are many reasons for the current vigorous development of full hybrid electric vehicles (EVs), most of which are directly or indirectly related to environmental issues. This type of car means that the new power electronics architecture will be adopted. The advent of high-voltage batteries, will allow higher voltage drive current applications, in order to reduce costs and improve performance. In the standard hybrid electric vehicle / electric vehicle architecture shown in the figure, the power electronics system will play a decisive role, of which the power module is particularly effective.
