目的:建立测定冠心Ⅴ号合剂中丹参酮ⅡA含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为270nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在0.012 5~0.360 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.06%。结论:本方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于测定冠心Ⅴ号合剂中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Guanxin V mixture. Methods: Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase with methanol-water (80:20) as the mobile phase. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min- 1, the detection wavelength is 270nm. Results: Tanshinone Ⅱ A showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.012 5-0.360 0 μg with an average recovery of 98.06%. Conclusion: This method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Guanxin V mixture.
