随着我国经济的迅速发展,一些现有高速公路已不能适应交通量增长的要求,需要扩大道路通行能力,面临改扩建问题,而开挖台阶是新老路基结合处常用的技术措施之一。结合安新高速公路改建工程,分析了旧路开挖施工时可能产生坍塌的原因,提出合适的台阶开挖尺寸,针对不同路基填料尤其是不易松散土(粘土)与易松散土(砂土)提出相应的台阶开挖方案。研究表明,合适的台阶开挖方案有良好的效果,并可以有效避免施工过程中旧路基的坍塌,保证路基稳定性。研究成果对高速公路改建工程台阶开挖的设计与施工具有借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of economy in our country, some existing expressways are no longer able to meet the requirements of traffic growth. They need to expand the capacity of roads and face the problem of reconstruction and expansion. The excavation step is one of the commonly used technical measures at the juncture of new and old subgrade. According to the reconstruction project of Anshun Freeway, the possible causes of collapse during the excavation of the old road are analyzed, and the suitable step excavation dimensions are proposed. According to the different subgrade fillings, especially the loose loam (clay) and loose loam (sand) Put forward the corresponding step excavation plan. The research shows that the suitable step excavation scheme has a good effect and can effectively avoid the collapse of the old subgrade during construction and ensure the stability of subgrade. The research results have reference significance to the design and construction of stairs excavation in expressway reconstruction project.
