为了研究马铃薯匍匐茎上块茎发生的代谢机理,本试验以不同成熟期(基因型)的品种为材料,测定了匍匐茎生长的最初阶段母块茎中蔗糖含量的动态变化,结果表明,匍匐茎生长过程中,早熟基因型NP10和中熟基因型NP8块茎蔗糖含量显著高于晚熟基因型87-60(P<0.01),在匍匐茎从0~4 cm的生长过程中母块茎蔗糖含量显著增加;匍匐茎长在4 cm和5 cm时块茎蔗糖含量分别为3.37%和3.55%,两者之间无显著差异,表明匍匐茎长在达到4 cm后母块茎蔗糖合成趋于平稳。同时,分析了不同成熟期品种匍匐茎生长与母块茎中蔗糖含量间的相关关系。
In order to study the metabolic mechanism of tuber occurrence on stolon in potato, the dynamic changes of sucrose content in the tuber were measured in the initial stages of stolon growth at different maturity (genotype). The results showed that in the process of stolon growth, The sucrose content in the tubers of early-mature genotype NP10 and mid-matured genotype NP8 was significantly higher than that in late-maturing genotype 87-60 (P <0.01). The sucrose content of tuber in tuber increased significantly from 0 to 4 cm. The sucrose contents of tubers were 3.37% and 3.55% at the cm and 5 cm, respectively. There was no significant difference between them, indicating that sucrose synthesis of the tuber tended to be stable when the length of the stolon reached 4 cm. At the same time, the correlation between stoloniferous growth and sucrose content in female tubers at different maturity stages was analyzed.
