在煤矿掘进过程中,中深孔光面爆破技术是煤矿岩巷得以快速掘进的关键技术之一,对提高岩巷的掘进效率起着重要作用。长期的实践证明,中深孔光面爆破技术能够以较高的掘进施工效率保质保量地完成计划的巷道掘进工作量,正是由于该项技术的突出优点,使得其应用领域极为广泛。中深孔光面爆破技术作为大多数工程的一项主要爆破形式,其爆破特点是四周的炮眼同时起爆,以实现预期的爆炸效果。本文简要介绍中深孔光面爆破技术的概念,阐述其在煤矿掘进过程中的应用及相关问题。
In the process of coal mining, medium-deep-hole smooth blasting technology is one of the key technologies for fast excavation of rock roadway in coal mines, and plays an important role in improving tunneling efficiency. Long-term practice proves that medium-deep-hole smooth blasting technology can accomplish the planned roadway excavation workload with high excavation construction efficiency and quality, which is due to the outstanding advantages of the technology and makes its application field extremely extensive. As a major blasting form of most of the projects, the medium-deep-hole smooth blasting technology is characterized by the simultaneous detonation of four blastholes in order to achieve the expected explosion effect. This article briefly introduces the concept of medium-deep-hole smooth blasting technology, expounds its application in coal mining and its related problems.
