目的:探讨IVF-ET周期中控制性超排卵后应用外源性hCG后血β-hCG水平是否受体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)影响。方法:回顾性分析注射hCG剂量均为10000IU的288个IVF-ET周期,分析12h后血β-hCG值与BMI的关系。结果:以血β-hCG水平分成3组,各年龄、不孕年限等均无统计学差异。随血β-hCG水平升高,BMI呈下降趋势。血β-hCG低水平组(<289.6mIU/ml)BMI最高,高水平组(>482.7mIU/ml)最低,其中低水平组与中水平组(289.6~482.7mIU/ml)间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:hCG对卵子成熟很关键,注射hCG后血β-hCG水平受BMI影响。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether the blood β-hCG level after exogenous hCG is controlled by body mass index (BMI) after IVF-ET cycles. Methods: 288 cycles of IVF-ET with a dose of 10,000 IU injected were retrospectively analyzed. The relationship between serum β-hCG and BMI was analyzed after 12 hours. Results: The levels of β-hCG in blood were divided into 3 groups. There was no significant difference in age, duration of infertility and so on. With the increase of blood β-hCG level, BMI showed a decreasing trend. The highest BMI was found in the group of low blood β-hCG (<289.6 mIU / ml) and the lowest in the group of high level (> 482.7 mIU / ml), and the difference was statistically significant between low and medium level (289.6-482.7 mIU / ml) (P <0.05). Conclusion: hCG is the key to egg maturation. The blood β-hCG level after hCG injection is affected by BMI.
