利用数值模拟技术 ,用所开发的 NSHT软件对 2 6 Cr2 Ni4 Mo V钢 6 MW转子进行了研究。分别对转子热处理工艺中加热、淬火、回火三部分进行了计算分析 ,总结出各环节对锻件内部质量的影响。利用此软件可对热处理工艺参数加以优化。
The 6 MW rotor of 2 6 Cr2 Ni4 Mo V steel was studied by means of numerical simulation and NSHT software. The heat treatment, quenching and tempering of the rotor were carried out in three parts were calculated and analyzed, the impact of various aspects on the quality of forgings were summarized. Use this software to optimize heat treatment process parameters.
