新形势下怎样做好党群工作与基层班组建设,如何利用新技术、新手段开展党组织工作,是宝钢集团每个基层党组织应思考的问题。本文围绕宝信软件公司机电一体化事业本部党总支充分利用网络社区平台,开展形式多样化活动的事例,论述了新形势下党群工作沟通与交流的新思路新方法,并对党群工作手段的多样性做了一些思考。
