血清DNA－PRIA是一种新的广谱的恶性肿瘤的标志物，对诊断恶性肿瘤具有广谱性和诊断符合率高的特点，本文测定肺癌病人血清58例，其阳性率占82．76％（48例），检测肺部良性疾病病人血清160例作对照，阳性率4．38％（7例），（p＜0．01），又测定100例正常人血清，阳性率为0（P＜0．01），提示血清DNA－PRLA对肺癌的诊断具有重要的临床意义。
Serum DNA-PRIA is a new broad-spectrum marker of malignant tumors. It has a broad spectrum of diagnosis of malignant tumors and a high diagnostic compliance rate. This article measured 58 patients with lung cancer, the positive rate of 82.76% (48 cases), 160 patients with benign lung diseases were tested as controls, the positive rate was 4.38% (7 cases), (p<0.01), and 100 normal persons serum was also measured, the positive rate was 0 (P). <0.01), suggesting that serum DNA-PRLA has important clinical significance for the diagnosis of lung cancer.
