侧脑室内注射复方丹参注射液对大鼠血压和心率的影响(英文)

背景:复方丹参注射液具有增加心肌耗氧量,降低血压和心率的作用,丹参注射液对心血管系统的作用机制可能不是经胆碱能系统起作用的。目的:探讨复方丹参注射液降低大鼠动脉血压和心率的作用及机制。设计:完全随机设计。地点和对象:实验地点:郧阳医学院。实验用SD雄性大鼠78只,清洁级,体质量270~350g。将大鼠随机分为8组,即生理盐水组(n=8);侧脑室内注射丹参组(n=10);静脉注射丹参组(n=6);量效曲线组(n=16);生理盐水+丹参组(n=6);心得安+丹参组(n=11);酚妥拉明+丹参组(n=11);阿托品+丹参组(n=10)。干预:在氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉、三碘季胺酚制动、呼吸机控制呼吸的SD大鼠上观察复方丹参注射液对大鼠血压和心率的影响,连续观察60min血压和心率曲线变化,与给药前基础值比较,计算各观察指标在给药后不同时间的变化百分率,并与给药前的水平及生理盐水+丹参组比较。主要观察指标:各组大鼠注药前后对血压和心率的变化。结果:侧脑室内注射丹参组一般在给药后30s之内血压开始下降,15min时达最低值,由给药前的(12.6±1.5)kPa降至(9.7±1.7)kPa,给药后5,10,15min与给药前相比差异均有显著性意义;给药后心率也下降,由给药前的(419.2±18.5)次/min下降到(326.6±14.3)次/min,给药后5,10,15min与给药前相比,差异均有显著性意 BACKGROUND: Compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection has the effects of increasing myocardial oxygen consumption and lowering blood pressure and heart rate. The mechanism of action of salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the cardiovascular system may not be effected by the cholinergic system. Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism of compound Danshen injection in reducing arterial blood pressure and heart rate in rats. Design: Completely random design. Location and subject: Experimental site: Leiyang Medical College. 78 SD male rats were used in the experiment, clean grade, and the body weight was 270-350 g. Rats were randomly divided into 8 groups: normal saline group (n=8); intracerebroventricular injection of Salvia miltiorrhiza group (n=10); intravenous Salvia miltiorrhiza group (n=6); dose-effect curve group (n=16) Saline + Salvia group (n = 6); propranolol + Salvia group (n = 11); phentolamine + Salvia group (n = 11); atropine + Salvia group (n = 10). Intervention: The effects of Fufang Danshen Injection on blood pressure and heart rate of rats were observed on SD rats with ethyl carbamate anesthesia, triiodochloramine brakes, and ventilator controlled respiration, and blood pressure and heart rate curves were continuously observed for 60 minutes. The pre-dose baseline values ​​were compared to calculate the percentage change of each observation index at different times after administration, and compared with the pre-dose level and physiological saline + Salvia miltiorrhiza group. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Changes in blood pressure and heart rate before and after injection in each group of rats. RESULTS: The intracerebroventricular injection of salvia miltiorrhiza group began to decrease blood pressure within 30 seconds after administration, reached the lowest value at 15 minutes, and decreased from (12.6±1.5) kPa to (9.7±1.7) kPa before administration. There was a significant difference between 10 minutes and 15 minutes before and after administration. The heart rate also decreased after administration from (419.2±18.5) times/min to (326.6±14.3) times/min before dosing. The difference was significant after 5, 10, and 15 minutes after administration.
