本文以190名川藏旅游从业人员作为调查对象,通过实证研究的方法发放了旅游旅游从业人员的工作满意度量表和自尊量表,深入了解川藏旅游区旅游从业人员的工作满意度与自尊之间的相关关系。研究结果表明:性别在工作回报维度和工作满意度总分上差异显著,婚姻状况在工作本身及发展维度、工作环境维度以及工作满意度总分上差异显著,旅游从业人员的工作满意度与自尊呈显著正相关,从自尊的角度对提高川藏旅游从业人员工作满意度提出一些建议。
