新生儿肺炎是新生儿最常见的感染性疾病,发病率高(26％),病死率亦高(26.5％)。本文收集我院1984年4月至1986年3月间,有完整临床及X线资料的30例新生儿肺炎,作一X线分析。一般资料性别和日龄:30例中,男20例,女10例。入院日龄为出生后1小时~27天,平均10天。其中足月JL26例,早产儿4例。30例中死亡5例,羊水吸入性肺炎7例,血细菌学培养出病原菌3例,羊水吸入并伴血细菌学阳性者3例,另12例症状休征明显,且有实验室检查
Neonatal pneumonia is the most common neonatal infectious disease with a high incidence (26%) and a high case fatality rate (26.5%). This collection of our hospital from April 1984 to March 1986 between the complete clinical and X-ray data of 30 cases of neonatal pneumonia, for a X-ray analysis. General Information Sex and age: 30 cases, 20 males and 10 females. Admission age of 1 hour after birth to 27 days, an average of 10 days. 26 cases of full-term JL, 4 cases of premature children. 5 cases of death in 30 cases, 7 cases of amniotic fluid aspiration pneumonia, 3 cases of pathogenic bacteria in blood bacteriological culture, 3 cases of amniotic fluid inhalation and blood bacteriologically positive, the other 12 cases of obvious symptoms, and laboratory tests
