本文分析31例不同原因所致的儿童暴发型肝功能衰竭,年龄在3月至15岁间。26例系急性病毒性肝炎(HBsAg阴性),以黄疸、厌食、上感、皮疹及腹痛等起病,肝功能进行性恶化,23例于起病3周内出现脑病,脑病持续1～20天,结果仅8例存活;3例因过量服用扑热息痛而发病,脑病先于黄疸1～2天,2例死亡,1例昏迷6天后恢复;1例系瓢蕈中毒,于24小时内出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛及黄疸,48小时后呈Ⅳ度昏迷,第3日死亡;另1例在4个月内反复4
