目的:通过观察78例恶性肿瘤病人放化疗中联合复方木尼孜其颗粒(Compound muniziqi granules)能否减轻放化反应及提高免疫功能的作用。方法:按随机分组将同期恶性肿瘤患者分为单纯放化疗组和放化疗联合用复方木尼孜其颗粒组观察肿瘤患者治疗期间的耐受性。结果:显示两组疗效比较虽无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组疗效比对照组疗效偏高。治疗后骨髓抑制反应,治疗组骨髓抑制发生率(15.84%)较对照组骨髓抑制发生率(42.17%)低,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后消化道反应,治疗组消化道反应发生率(15.56%)较对照组消化道反应(40.54%)低,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:恶性肿瘤放化疗期间联合复方木尼孜其颗粒可减轻放化疗反应引起的骨髓抑制及消化道反应,而且能够提高患者生活质量,改善免疫功能。
OBJECTIVE: To observe whether radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with compound muniziqi granules in 78 patients with malignant tumor can reduce the radiochemical reaction and improve the immune function. Methods: The patients with malignant tumors in the same period were randomly divided into radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with the compound nimizizhin granules group to observe the tumor patients’ tolerance during the treatment. Results: Although there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The bone marrow suppression response after treatment was lower in the treatment group (15.84%) than in the control group (42.17%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The digestive tract response after treatment was lower in the treatment group (15.56%) than in the control group (40.54%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of compound nimizizhizhizhizhizhon granules can reduce myelosuppression and digestive tract reaction induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy during the radiotherapy and chemotherapy of malignant tumor, and can improve patients’ quality of life and improve immune function.
