非洲统一组织作为非洲最大最重要的国际组织,为了非洲政治解放、经济发展及社会进步,积极发展同世界其他国际组织的关系。非统与联合国的关系十分密切,但在经济方面,双方合作并非一帆风顺,其主要体现在非统与非洲经济委员会的关系上,即,从分歧走上合作。
As the largest and most important international organization in Africa, the Organization of African Unity has actively developed its relations with other international organizations in the world for the political liberation, economic development and social progress in Africa. The relationship between the OAU and the United Nations is very close. However, the economic cooperation between the OAU and the United Nations is not easy at all. Its main manifestation is the relations between OAU and the Economic Commission for Africa, that is, from disagreement to cooperation.
