本实验使用平均诱发电位技术,刺激64例经乌垃坦麻醉二碘季铵酚麻痹的大鼠的下丘脑及不定(?),在同侧胸,腰脊髓用直径40μm的不锈钢丝单极引导电极记录到54个阳性AEP反应。下丘脑及不定带的阳性刺激点多数分布于下丘脑中部平面。在下丘脑,以穹窿周围及其背外侧区的阳性点为多,少数阳性点位于室旁核的外侧部及下丘脑后区。脊髓的阳性反应点分布在除背束及背外侧束以外的脊髓各区,其中以前角及前外侧束为多。刺激下丘脑与不定带所引起的脊髓AEP反应有类似特征。一部分AEP反应能跟随200Hz以上的双刺激,其时程小于1、5ms,对窒息的耐受性较强而重新通气后恢复较快,这些AEP反应提示下丘脑和不定带与脊髓之间存在直接纤维连接。对此类反应根据刺激与引导点之间的直线距离及反应潜伏期推算其传导速度,多数为4~6m/秒,相当于外周的Aδ纤维;个别为0.66m/秒,相当于外周C类无髓鞘纤维。一部分AEP反应能随跟200HZ以下的双刺激,提示刺激与引导间存在少突触或多突触通路。脊髓切割试验提示下丘脑与不定带和脊髓的部分直接连接纤维在脊髓腹侧走行。根据已有的形态学资料进行分析,本实验用电生理方法所确定的下丘脑前部及中部外侧区与脊髓的直接纤维连接提示了下丘脑向脊髓的直接投射。
